Dr. Dhananjay R. Mishra, born in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, on June 30, 1980. He obtained his Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering) from Amravati University (M.S.), Master's degree (Production Engineering, MECH.ENGG.) in 2007 from BIT, Durg of Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur (C.G.), and Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, Raipur, on August 2016.
He has published and reviewed more than 100 and 125 research articles in peer-reviewed international/national journals/conferences, respectively and filed ten patents in the Indian patent office based on his research work. Under his guidance, four research scholars have successfully defended their PhD degrees in mechanical engineering, specialisation in renewable energy and composite materials applications. He has mentored and guided many undergraduate and postgraduate students for their thesis dissertations.
